- Accurately enter parts into the corresponding work orders.
- Oversee work orders from initiation to invoicing, ensuring keys are properly tagged.
- Adhere to established payment procedures.
- Maintain filing of all documentation.
- Ensure both front and back office areas are tidy, organized, and clean, including regular vacuuming.
- Perform cleaning duties for front and back bathrooms bi-weekly.
