**Job Summary:**
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing charts from storage against National Health Retention limits, ensuring that patient information is accurate and up-to-date. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Review charts from storage against National Health Retention limits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Verify patient information and update records as necessary.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage incoming calls and requests for services from providers and members.
- Provide information on available network services and transfer members as appropriate.
**Requirements:**
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of relevant experience preferred.
