Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000 to six figures within the first year, with base pay varying based on experience, healthcare knowledge, skills, and performance.

Job Responsibilities

As a Strategic Healthcare Sales Professional, you will be responsible for creating long-term relationships with our clients, helping them fill their staffing needs while working closely with an internal team of dynamic recruiters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying new clients and servicing existing accounts
  • Negotiating rates and presenting candidates
  • Working through interviews and job offers

You will also be responsible for building and strengthening business relationships with current accounts while developing new business opportunities.
