We require compassionate individuals who are bilingual and can effectively communicate with and care for these children during their initial days in our country. Our operations run 24/7, and shifts are organized in advance, allowing you to plan your schedule accordingly.

In addition to a competitive base pay rate, we offer shift differentials for those working during weekends and off-hours. Full-time positions come with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide care for unaccompanied minors and family units during their first 72 hours in the country.
- Ensure that children have access to clean clothing, nutritious meals, safe sleeping arrangements, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Authorized to work in the United States
The hiring process involves a thorough background check, including the completion of security documentation and fingerprinting. Please be prepared for a timeline of several months for this process.

Job Types: Full-time, PRN

Compensation: $20.00 per hour plus shift differentials
