Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of commercial and residential properties to identify potential hazards and risks.
  • Compile comprehensive reports that summarize the observable hazards associated with a risk, including physical characteristics, exterior measurements, and general conditions.
  • Use your analytical skills to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Requirements

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
