Job Title: Preschool Teacher Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our team at Creative Times Academy. As a Preschool Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our experienced teachers in providing a nurturing and engaging environment for our young students.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in planning and implementing engaging lesson plans and activities for preschool-age children.
  • Support the daily care and supervision of children, including feeding, bathing, and providing emotional support.
  • Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, including setting up materials and cleaning up after activities.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to support children's learning and development.
  • Collaborate with teachers to identify and address individual children's needs and concerns.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education or related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and move around the classroom with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, teachers, and parents.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Availability to work a regular schedule, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility to cover absences or special events.
