Job Summary
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process. The nurse assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the need of the patient and family members.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the need of the patient and family members.
- Provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care to all patients.
- Review orders/test results and document care delivered accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
- Education:
- Minimum: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Preferred: BSN.
- Experience:
- Minimum: New grad eligible for hire.
- Preferred: 1 year experience as a RN.
- Certifications/Licenses:
- Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida.
- American Heart Association BLS & ACLS required.
