Emergency Department Registered Nurse Per Diem Nights

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at West Boca Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in the Emergency Department.
- Supervise and direct assigned personnel in delivering patient care.
- Administer and perform specialized nursing care according to assigned unit and treatment plans.
- Review orders and test results, and document care delivered accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum 24 months of Med/Surg experience and successful critical care experience and completion of a critical care training program preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of licensed nursing practice in an Emergency Department preferred.
- Adult and pediatric Emergency experience preferred.
- Successful completion of WBMC Medication test.
- Successful completion of unit-specific test.
- Demonstrates yearly competencies specific to unit.
- Current Florida RN License.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification (American Heart Association).
- TNCC, CEN, ENPC - preferred.
