Key Responsibilities
  • OSP staking and work order package preparation, including field notes, cut sheets, schematics, and acquiring permits and private rights-of-way.
  • OSP design and planning, construction, and cost analysis to determine the most cost-effective and efficient manner of the placement of communications facilities.
  • Performing work with minimal supervision for designated areas, including potential for special projects as determined by management.
Requirements
  • AutoCAD experience, along with fieldwork and site survey experience.
  • Previous experience in a multi-tasking, results-oriented position in a deadline-focused department.
  • Previous experience in aerial, buried, and underground outside plant; construction experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • OSP experience and a solid and diverse fielding background.
