Job OverviewThe Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires proactive communication to address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming customer calls
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Schedule service appointments
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Service Titan experience a plus
We offer a competitive salary of $20.00 - $22.00 / hour, along with benefits such as a 401k plan, medical, dental, and vision premiums, and year-end bonuses based on company goals.
