We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our team at Hire Well Screening Solutions LLC.
Location:

Employment Type:
Full-time/Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Provide psychotherapy to patients
- Manage psychiatric medications effectively
- Offer treatment consultations across various services
- Oversee and administer IV Ketamine Infusion Therapy
- Supervise Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) procedures
- Lead and mentor advanced practitioners, nurses, and clinical staff
- Engage with providers and organizations to establish referral networks
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and coding of clinical notes
- Foster leadership and development among team members
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in outpatient psychiatry
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in California
- Unrestricted DEA license for all schedules (excluding I)
- Board Certification in Psychiatry required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (assistance available)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (assistance available)
- ASA Moderate Sedation Training (assistance available)
