Business Intelligence and Analytics Practice Lead

At Sogeti, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Analytics Practice Manager to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing delivery leadership to Business Intelligence and Analytics projects, as well as developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver billable consulting services for Business Intelligence and Analytics to regional accounts
  • Provide delivery leadership to Business Intelligence and Analytics projects
  • Lead discussions related to various Business Intelligence and Analytics trends and thought leadership with business and IT executives
  • Closing new business and expanding existing accounts, helping close both small and long-term business deals
  • Assist AEs with developing presentations, pricing models, proposals, and SOWs for Business Intelligence and Analytics opportunities
  • Mentor consultants in Business Intelligence and Analytics practice
  • Lead development of thought leadership in various aspects of Business Intelligence and Analytics, including Big Data, Analytics, Data Quality and Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Integration

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree is required in any discipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred
  • Business Development experience, including proposal support, presentations, writing SOWs
  • Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience
  • Experience with sales and/or delivery in the following Sogeti targeted sectors: Healthcare, Consumer Products/Retail/Distribution/Transportation, Manufacturing/Life Sciences, or General Business Services
  • Experience with delivering solutions delivered via a Global Delivery Model
  • 10+ years of experience in various aspects of Business Intelligence and Analytics, including Big Data, Analytics, Data Quality and Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Integration
  • A self-starter who is able to work independently and with remote teams
  • A seller/doer/leader personality who is comfortable doing all three aspects of practice management: Sales, Delivery, and Practice Management
  • Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation project (prefer multiple)
  • Have strong exposure on creating and supporting enterprise-scale Business Intelligence infrastructure aligned with enterprise IT architecture
  • In-depth experience with 2 or 3 technologies from among ETL, BI, MDM, and Big Data
