Job Overview

The Shift Leader will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, overseeing daily activities, and driving sales and profits. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on new challenges and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a high-energy environment that fosters lasting relationships.
  • Establish open and honest communication channels, promoting a culture of trust and transparency throughout the organization.
  • Effectively plan, organize, and implement daily operational routines, completing all required administrative tasks and paperwork.
  • Supervise and perform closing and/or opening duties as directed by the Restaurant Management Team.
  • Support the goals, decisions, and directives of Restaurant Management, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Follow all POS comp procedures and cash handling procedures, resolving guest questions, complaints, and problems in a timely and efficient manner with management involvement.
  • Delegate shift responsibilities to employees, ensuring proper completion of assigned tasks and checklists, and driving results through high goals and expectations.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have a High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. comfortably
  • Able to stand for long periods of time, bend, and stoop
  • Comfortable working occasionally in walk-in coolers and freezers
  • Vision abilities to include distance, close, color, depth, peripheral as well as the ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to operate a computer and/or Cash register
  • Must be able to work around heat and work in close quarters with others as well as handle various cleaning products
  • Willing to cross-train on various positions within the restaurant
