- Coordinate laboratory Quality Control, Proficiency Testing, and inventory programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Maintain departmental policies and procedures
- Manage departmental operations and personnel
Requirements:
- College degree
- ASCP certification
- Prior lab experience and knowledge, at least 5 years, with 1-2 years managerial experience
