  • Job Summary:
  • In this role as an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for processing billing, payroll, and contract data into our automated resource system. You will verify and transmit billing and payroll data, resolve payroll and billing problems, process accounts payable, and contact past-due accounts for collection. Your primary function will be processing of billing, payroll, and contract information and resolution of related issues.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process office accounts receivable and payable using the automated resource system.
  • Input billing, payroll, and contract data into the system.
  • Review client billings and ensure proper amounts.
  • Work closely with other staff to ensure accuracy and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable to time sheets and make adjustments as appropriate.
  • Review all accounts payable and ensure timely payment.
  • Verify amounts and call vendors on any discrepancies.
  • Respond quickly and appropriately to clients as questions or discrepancies occur.
  • Set up payment plans on past-due accounts as necessary.
  • Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use personal computers and office productivity software.
  • Strong Excel knowledge and mathematical skills.
