- Transaction Management: Manage all aspects of the acquisition process, including negotiations, due diligence, and closing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our title, legal, construction, and property management partners to ensure seamless execution of acquisitions.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate self-generated leads and expand our network of real estate investors.
- Deep Knowledge: Proven expertise in residential real estate acquisitions, investments, and sales.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Business Acumen: High level of integrity and sound business judgment, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
