Sampson Regional Medical Center is seeking a part-time physician assistant to join its new hospital-owned practice, Sampson Convenient Care. This walk-in clinic provides convenient access to medical care for patients of all ages and offers a range of services, including respiratory conditions, digestive conditions, urinary conditions, skin conditions, lacerations and sprains, drug testing, IV fluids, immunizations, injections, sutures, x-ray (with radiologist looking behind), and lab testing.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced candidate who is comfortable with being the solo provider and maintains a strong focus on providing outstanding and compassionate care to all patients. Highlights include:

  • Competitive Compensation + Comprehensive Benefits Package
  • Open 5 days a week: Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm
  • Provider may be expected to work extended evenings or rotating weekends as the practice grows
  • Excellent work-life balance- NO call requirements or overnight shifts

The ideal candidate will have experience in Family Medicine and be able to work independently. Additionally, the ability to assist with training, orientation, and clinical support for new providers, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff is desired.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience and location
