About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead our BioPharma programs from design to delivery. This is a critical role that involves working with cross-functional teams to assess project issues, develop resolutions, and meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in client-facing program management, project management, or a similar role. They'll be able to build strong relationships at all levels, set clear expectations, and hold themselves and others accountable for the work.

This individual will own the end-to-end process, providing a single point of contact for internal and external customers. They'll interface with various areas affected by the project, including BioPharma Manufacturers, pharmacy operations, finance/billing, and marketing departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, status reports, and readouts
  • Conduct internal and external meetings
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions
  • Meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing cross-departmental program management, project management, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in managing projects spanning cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
