Job Title: Product Manager, Interventional Pain

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of our Radiofrequency Pain Management product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective plans and programs to drive top-line sales growth and gross margin targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales growth and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and improve existing ones
  • Manage relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain competitive profiles for products and companies
  • Facilitate physician education through cadaver workshops
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of product management, marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Broad-based knowledge in medical device product management, strategy development, category financials, and Voice of Customer process
  • Experience building relationships with key customers and cross-functional partners
  • Sales experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Prior health care marketing experience (spine, chronic pain, capital equipment, orthopedics)
  • Experience driving direct-to-physician marketing initiatives
