A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
In the role of a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the cornerstone of our organization and the primary point of contact for our patients. We provide our Customer Service Representatives with comprehensive training to assist patients in navigating the billing process and resolving outstanding balances. Through phone interactions, you will engage with patients, actively listen to their concerns, and support them in settling their medical bills through effective negotiations and payment arrangements.
Your empathetic nature, problem-solving abilities, and consistent positivity are essential for your success. Even in challenging situations, you will maintain exceptional customer service while addressing billing inquiries. The satisfaction derived from helping individuals in need is truly rewarding and represents the most fulfilling aspect of your role.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of healthcare billing and finance
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to quickly adapt to new software

WORK SCHEDULE
Our Healthcare Customer Service Representatives enjoy three scheduling options: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
