About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Percepta. As a key member of our Melbourne Customer Relationship Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, utilizing your fluency in Spanish and English to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional customer service via phone, email, and chat, utilizing available resources to resolve customer issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, using clear and concise language to educate them on our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed customer service level metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical skills to effectively resolve customer issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • One year of customer service experience preferred.
