We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Beacon Brook Center for Health & Rehabilitation. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information to identify potential health issues and provide timely interventions.
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed to promote healing and prevent complications.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
- Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care and promoting a positive work environment.
