We meet their specific geographic distribution requirements for resale by selling through our network of over 105 retail stores, or through export operations to over 40 countries worldwide.

We have experienced significant growth in the last three years and we have aggressive plans to continue to expand in the coming years.

Job Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Management: The Softlines Merchandise Manager works with the Store Manager to properly stock clothing, making sure clothing is well maintained, signed properly and makes or exceeds sales goals and penetration.
  • Reporting: The Softlines Merchandise Manager will report to Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Stocking and Merchandising: Stocking clothing, accessories and footwear in the allotted time while maintaining company merchandising standards.
  • Visual Standards: Ensuring clothing, accessories and footwear is maintained orderly and to company visual standards.
  • Signing and Discounting: Ensuring clothing, accessories and footwear is signed to company standards and managing clothing, accessories and footwear discount process.
  • Inventory Management: Returning clothing and footwear marked for wholesale.
  • Training and Development: Training new Team Members on clothing, accessories and footwear standards.
Salary and Benefits

$10.00-$11.00 per hour.
