Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain sludge, dewatering treatment, processing, disposal, and testing equipment to ensure efficient and effective water purification.
- Monitor and control equipment performance to meet or exceed processing and quality targets.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices in water treatment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Some experience in a related position and environment preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English (operational, process, safety, and quality instructions).
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
