Job Overview

Position Summary:

As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Operating and maintaining assembly and testing machinery.
  2. Conducting inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  3. Packaging and labeling products accurately.
  4. Loading and unloading materials into production equipment.
  5. Keeping the production area clean and organized.
  6. Monitoring the performance of equipment and process parameters.
  7. Accurately recording process data and inspection results.
  8. Troubleshooting assembly challenges and implementing corrective measures.
  9. Following safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  10. Collaborating with engineering and production teams to enhance assembly workflows.
  11. Assisting the Quality Assurance Engineer and Quality Management Representative in maintaining compliance with quality management systems.

Qualifications:

1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Previous experience in manufacturing, particularly in assembly, packaging, and inspection roles is preferred.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
4. Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment operation are necessary.
5. Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
6. An associate's degree in a technical discipline is advantageous.
7. Experience with calibration and maintenance of assembly equipment is a plus.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
