We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to become part of a leading healthcare organization, committed to delivering exceptional medical services across a broad spectrum of specialties.

Key Responsibilities
As an Advanced Practice Provider, your role will encompass delivering primary care services, integrating evidence-based methodologies, clinical expertise, and ongoing research. Your duties will include:
- Providing independent patient care and working closely with healthcare teams.
- Upholding professional standards and guidelines in all aspects of care delivery.
Essential Qualifications
- For APRN: A Master's degree accompanied by National Board Certification.
- For PA: A Master's degree with National Certification.
Mandatory Certifications
- APRN - National Board Certification (CNP, CNS, CNM, or CRNA).
- PA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Licensure Requirements
- Active Ohio Board of Nursing license for APRN.
- Physician Assistant license with prescriptive authority in Ohio.
