Key Responsibilities

As an Advanced Practice Provider, your role will encompass delivering primary care services, integrating evidence-based methodologies, clinical expertise, and ongoing research. Your duties will include:

  • Providing independent patient care and working closely with healthcare teams.
  • Upholding professional standards and guidelines in all aspects of care delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • For APRN: A Master's degree accompanied by National Board Certification.
  • For PA: A Master's degree with National Certification.

Mandatory Certifications

  • APRN - National Board Certification (CNP, CNS, CNM, or CRNA).
  • PA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Licensure Requirements

  • Active Ohio Board of Nursing license for APRN.
  • Physician Assistant license with prescriptive authority in Ohio.
