Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled EMR Support Specialist to join our team at the Child Mind Institute. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support for our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • EMR System Support: Provide technical support for the EMR system, including troubleshooting, training, and maintenance.
  • Clinical Informatics: Collaborate with clinical staff to design, build, and implement clinical informatics solutions.
  • Practice Management: Support practice management modules, including revenue cycle and order entry.
  • User Support: Train new users and provide ongoing support for system upgrades.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to clinical and business users.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting clinical, revenue cycle, order entry, results, and practice management modules of EHR systems.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in SQL coding language required. Knowledge of HL7 or FHIR preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong team player with effective organizational and time management abilities.
