Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Service Technician to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As an EVS Tech, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean occupied patient rooms and prepare discharged patient rooms for the next patient
  • Operate floor cleaning equipment and perform general cleaning tasks across the hospital
  • Interact with patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service
  • Transport waste and participate in spill response efforts
  • Work independently and as part of a larger care team, handling fluctuating workloads

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • A minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping is preferred
  • Basic computer skills required, including email, eLearning, and Vocera

Benefits:

  • Competitive pay rate, starting at $17/hour
  • Shift differentials for weekend, second, and third shifts

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week, with flexible per diem shifts available
