We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Consumer Loan Booking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our lending operations team, you will be responsible for delivering critical lending operations processes, including loan administration and servicing activities.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Support change management of varying scope and type, focusing on execution and sustainment activities to ensure seamless process transitions.
- Organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness, executing routine tasks such as service requests, transactions, and queries within relevant service level agreements.
- Perform administrative tasks, including distributing, collecting, and filing documentation and information, to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote efficient and effective processes and workflow, establishing positive working relationships across the organization to achieve business results and deliver the intended customer and employee experience.
- Provide accurate and timely processing of service requests, transactions, activities, and other tasks within relevant service level agreements and in accordance with established policies, processes, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of regulatory requirements and risks inherent in the operations to ensure appropriate actions are taken and operational integrity is maintained.
- Support the development of tools and delivery of training focused on delivering business results, completing complex and diverse tasks within given rules and limits, and handling escalations from other employees.
- Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology, as well as knowledge and understanding of the business unit's key products and services, processes, and controls.
- Knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business, prioritization skills, and PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Specialized knowledge, verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, collaboration and team skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $41,063.00 to $63,700.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
