Job Title: Field Consultant

Join Bon Appetit Danish, Inc. as a Field Consultant and play a key role in promoting our products and driving sales growth in the market.

Job Summary

The Field Consultant will be responsible for engaging with suppliers and retailers to promote the proper ordering, handling, and merchandising of Bon Appetit products. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and provide expert recommendations to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and consult with customers on category development and provide expert recommendations based on market conditions.
  • Gather and utilize data and buying trends to evaluate market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create and foster relationships with decision-makers to grow profitable sales for Bon Appetit and the bakery category.
  • Represent the Company in the field and develop knowledge to resolve issues and concerns as they arise.
  • Assist in the development of potential new markets and customers.
  • Provide reports and recommendations to Senior Management regarding market conditions, developments, and sales activity.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market and be able to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Travel and Communications

The position requires moderate travel, including flying and driving to various locations. The Field Consultant will be expected to recap daily activities and developmental efforts via email to the Company.

Other Duties

As business and operational needs dictate, additional duties may be assigned at the Company's sole discretion.
