Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role:

  • Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • Location: Fort Worth, TX
  • Job Type: Part-time (flexible schedule with shifts from 9am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm, with full Saturdays from 8am - 5pm)

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to customers who need assistance in meeting their contract obligations due to unexpected financial obligations.
  2. Contact or attempt contact with customers who are delinquent.
  3. Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  4. Maintain positive working relationships with the Loan Servicing team.
  5. Meet or exceed production goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School or GED
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail industry
  • Skills: Professional and persuasive communication and negotiation skills, value and embrace diversity
