Patient Care Advocate

Serenity Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled Patient Care Advocate to join our team.
Job Description:We are looking for an empathetic and patient-first individual who can effectively communicate with patients and provide them with exceptional care.
About the Role:
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and questions in a timely and professional manner
- Complete new patient intakes to facilitate their healing journey
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and standards
- Educate patients about TMS and Ketamine treatments
- Collaborate with clinics for seamless patient care
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trust with patients through effective communication
- Ensure patient satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Work closely with clinics to coordinate patient care
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong patient-first mindset and previous customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- De-escalation techniques and ability to connect with individuals

- Average salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
