About the Position

Mavis Tire Supply is seeking highly skilled Automotive Assistants and Service Managers to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Alexandria, DC area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repairs and maintenance, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As an Automotive Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and under-car repair services, while also maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the repair shop, including scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, ordering parts, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs. This is a sales-oriented position requiring prior sales experience in products/services requiring up-selling techniques.

To be eligible for the position, you must be at least 18 years of age, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
