Job Title: Guest Service Support Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at Marriott. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with food and beverage operations, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the highest level of service to our guests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
