Job Summary

We're seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team As a Guest Advocate, you'll be the face of Target, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests. You'll be responsible for greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist guests with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales to provide guests with accurate information.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 10 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
