Responsibilities:

  • Execute engagement strategies to connect with potential customers and educate them on product inquiries and services.
  • Provide consistent and straightforward customer service as a product expert.
  • Negotiate inquiries with precision and overturn objections.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development with other entry-level representatives.
  • Eagerly assist with additional professional tasks and enthusiastically accept challenges.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or related fields is highly encouraged.
  • Exemplary communication skills and negotiation tactics.
  • Impeccable time management skills and adaptability to various situations.
  • Dedication to constant learning and improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Approachable, friendly, and positive demeanor.
