Position Summary
Horizon Farm Credit is on the lookout for a Client Relations Coordinator to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. The selected candidate will be stationed at our designated branch location. The standard working hours are typically Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and this role requires full-time in-office presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction
- Efficiently and courteously manage incoming calls and visitors.
- Assist clients with standard inquiries and requests.
- Promote Business Management Solutions and convenience offerings to clients.
- Handle incoming payments and execute deposits.
- Disburse loan funds and complete necessary internal adjustment forms.
- Initiate communication regarding overdue accounts and conduct routine follow-ups.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of loan documentation.
- Ensure timely scanning of executed loan documents into the system.
- Support loan officers in managing client accounts and gathering financial data.
- Generate special reports and correspondence as needed.
- Contribute to system maintenance for accurate data reporting.
Experience in customer service is preferred, along with training or experience in the financial sector.
Experience Requirements
Typically, 2-5+ years of relevant experience is desired. Experience in a dynamic work environment is advantageous.
