Job Description

A clinical hearing specialist will conduct comprehensive evaluations for all ages, collaborate with otolaryngology physicians to create personalized treatment plans, implement solutions including amplification and aural rehabilitation, maintain clear communication through timely reports, and adhere to professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients of all ages to identify hearing and balance disorders.
  • Work closely with otolaryngologists to develop customized treatment plans.
  • Apply appropriate interventions such as hearing aids and auditory therapy.
  • Communicate effectively with medical professionals and patients through regular updates.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics.
Requirements:

To be successful as an audiological care expert, you will need a doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program, valid Georgia state licensure or eligibility, experience with diagnostic evaluations and immittance testing, strong interpersonal skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary between $75,000 and $85,000 per year, plus commission opportunities up to $30,000, comprehensive health benefits, matching 401(k) plan, paid time off, continuing education support, and relocation assistance if needed.
