About the Role

The Field Clinical Specialist will be responsible for providing clinical support during TAVR procedures, including product knowledge, disease and therapy expertise, and clinical data interpretation. You will also play a key role in communicating with internal stakeholders and external physician partners to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Clinical Support: Provide clinical support during TAVR procedures, including product knowledge, disease and therapy expertise, and clinical data interpretation.
  2. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external physician partners to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality patient care.
  3. Training and Education: Participate in training and educational programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in cardiovascular medicine.
  4. Product Development: Contribute to the development of new products and services that improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field with training experience in clinical/technical environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with variety of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
  • Demonstrated excellence in meeting customer/patient expectations.
  • Effectiveness in understanding complex medical cases and resolving difficult situations.
  • Ability to solve problems and set priorities.
  • Self-motivation and willingness to make a difference in lives of patients.
  • Highly professional and ethical behavior while contributing to overall success of the company.
  • Adaptable and self-aware: able to adjust to dynamics of fast-paced and sometimes high-stress Cath lab/OR environment.
  • Confident user of modern communication tools, MS Office, and willing to learn other software programs as needed.
  • Strong aptitude for cardiac anatomy and physiology.
  • Experience working in cardiac Cath lab and/or operation room.
  • Up to 80% travel.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm). Position may require domestic travel up to 80%. Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
