eDiscovery Attorney Job Description

Intelligence Federal is a fast-growing Federal contracting company seeking a skilled eDiscovery Attorney to support a Federal Government Agency. The ideal candidate will be proficient and competent, friendly, and people-focused, and able to thrive in a high-paced environment.

Job Duties:
  • Conduct document review using document management software such as Relativity.
  • Research and draft legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research.
  • Assist in the interpretation of laws, rulings, and regulations.
  • Search for, review, and tag documents for relevance and/or privilege.

Security Clearance Level:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust Clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Undergraduate and JD required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of legal experience required.
  • Document review experience required.
  • Experience using Relativity required.
  • Proficiency in working with large databases, online research tools, and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Excellence in written and spoken communication.
  • Impeccable work ethic.
