About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Systems Developer to contribute to the design and implementation of enterprise-level software solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of systems development life cycle methodologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate system requirements and develop comprehensive analysis for software development and enhancement.
  • Develop project plans by defining phase content, estimating time and resource requirements.
  • Conduct needs analysis studies, including evaluation of current environments by observation, interview, and examination of existing systems documentation.
  • Participate with users to define and document current and future business needs.
  • Conduct feasibility and cost-benefit studies.
  • Document general and specific design specifications.
  • Design interfaces between automated and manual systems.
  • Develop test data and test protocols.
  • Support implementation processes.
  • Develop user and MIS procedure manuals.
  • Monitor progress against plans and provide management reports as required.
  • Assist in the development of maintenance and development plans for assigned systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Five years of experience in programming and analytical activities.
  • Knowledge of database concepts, project management, and system implementation.
  • Familiarity with version control tools and structured programming practices.

The ideal candidate should have experience with HL7 protocol, XML, TCPIP, FTP, HTTP, Visio, Perl, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Access.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
