**Job Summary**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care to our residents at Mozaic Senior Life. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide basic nursing care and assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Observe residents for any changes in their condition and report changes promptly to the charge nurse.
  • Document care and observations accurately and in a timely manner using facility-approved software.
  • Follow standard precautions while delivering care and maintain a clean and organized resident area.
  • Participate in the care plan process and follow the resident's individual plan of care.
  • Respond to resident needs promptly and maintain cooperative relationships with colleagues to ensure quality resident care.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 6 months - 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a Long-Term Care environment preferred.
  • C.N.A Certification required.
  • Ability to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset and at times hostile residents.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and deadlines; Ability to read and communicate effectively.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
