Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile all business transactions at the hotel, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Check-in guests and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, ensuring seamless communication with the front desk team.
  • Closing out the day for both the Front Desk and F&B computer systems, ensuring all paperwork is completed and accurate.
  • Run reports for the previous day's business, providing valuable insights for the hotel management.
  • Make, confirm, and cancel reservations, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
  • Handle accounting of money, receipts, guest accounts, and credit through the operation of the FD computer system and completion of reports required to ensure company funds are secure.
Requirements:
  • One year of cash handling experience, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • One year of experience at a Front Desk position in a hotel, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, specifically Friday and Saturday nights, with a flexible schedule.
