Job Summary:

The Production Line Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of production line employees, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining a safe and quality-focused work environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Staffing and training production line employees
  • Monitoring and improving production efficiency
  • Ensuring quality control and product safety
  • Coordinating with the Manufacturing Supervisor to achieve production goals
  • Tracking downtime and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred
