Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and develop employees responsible for warehousing, formulation, aseptic filling, inspection, and labeling.
  • Provide strong leadership, fostering a positive work environment and culture through effective communication, performance management, and accountability.
  • Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation are current, relevant, and up-to-date.
  • Analyze production errors, efficiencies, downtime, and waste, leading teams to improve results and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Write investigations and CAPA actions for non-conformances, working with QA to resolve variances and document errors.
  • Manage staffing levels and budget spending.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP guidelines and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
  • Strong results orientation and Microsoft Office skills.
