At Abode Care Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide top-notch medical care to our seniors and patients with complex needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals in providing interdisciplinary care and maintaining a comprehensive plan of care.
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed.
  • Ensure patient medical records are kept up to date.

Requirements:

  • A valid state Nurse Practitioners license.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
  • A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • A minimum of five years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management skills with accountability for practitioner's daily workflow.
  • Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.

About the Position:

  • This is a full-time position with competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • The role offers a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement for certain roles and delegated activities.
