We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Specialist to enhance our customer service and sales efforts. The Specialist will guide clients through the purchasing process and ensure a superior ownership experience.

Compensation: $50,000-$150,000, commission-based

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities
  • Meet departmental performance metrics including Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and vehicle sales
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and certifications
  • Manage and update inventory reports on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to prepare and review monthly sales plans
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share
  • Oversee all phases of the sales process, including vehicle delivery
  • Participate in weekly departmental meetings
Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience, education, and training are advantageous
  • Must fulfill the company's employment criteria
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
  • Regularly required to communicate verbally and audibly
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally required to use hands for fine motor tasks and to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
