Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in retail tire sales, including road hazard coverage, valve installation, balancing, and disposal services.
  • Communicate vehicle inspection findings to customers and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain follow-up communication regarding all services performed for customers.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of available products and shop services.
  • Adhere to all company policies and documentation procedures, including invoicing and credit transactions.
  • Stay informed about products offered by both the company and competitors.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales and/or management experience with a successful track record.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the tire and automotive service industry; agricultural experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with agricultural and farm tires is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing at least 50 lbs, along with the ability to perform various physical activities such as pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
