Essential Functions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field technicians, addressing their daily concerns and questions.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct quality control visits to monitor technician performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide comprehensive training and development to team members, emphasizing adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the overall work quality, customer experience, and achievement of monthly revenue targets.
  • Evaluate the performance of all field staff, developing action plans and documented discussions to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Work closely with the Logistics team to manage scheduling, cancellations, and job scope details.
  • Ensure timely resolution of all paperwork issues.
  • Maintain prompt and effective communication through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Be available to work outside of regular business hours as needed.

Accountability

  • Guarantee the timely completion and accuracy of all assigned tasks.
  • Foster a collaborative and harmonious work environment among team members.
  • Adhere to contractual requirements, safety and health regulations, and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC system maintenance, installation, and repair.
  • Exceptional technical expertise, coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing superior customer service.
  • A team player with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing people.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Valid Massachusetts Driver's License.

Physical Demands

  • May perform work both indoors and outdoors as required.
  • May be exposed to various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, wind, snow, and storms.
  • Requires prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, and bending.
  • May occasionally lift items exceeding 25 pounds.
  • Frequently exposed to noise, dust, dirt, and other potential hazards.
