Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Banking Team Lead to join our team at Bluestone Bank. As a key member of our Deposit Operations department, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring our Electronic and Cash Management Specialists to ensure the efficient and accurate servicing of all deposit products and related services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct, train, and advise department staff to guarantee the timely completion of assigned functions.
  • Oversee the review of file maintenance reports to ensure proper and authorized changes have been completed by bank staff.
  • Develop and maintain department procedures, including updates and modifications as needed.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our deposit operations systems, including IBS Insight, Cash Management, and Sales Management.
  • Review and verify error resolution claim forms for ATM/debit card chargebacks.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate servicing for all types of electronic ancillary applications.
  • Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries regarding online banking, mobile banking, cash management, and Zelle issues.
  • Collaborate with Retail and Customer Care Center areas to assist with digital channel problem resolution.
  • Work with the Deposit Operations Officer to review, test, and integrate new department products or processes.
  • Attend meetings, seminars, and educational programs to stay up-to-date on deposit operations and other job responsibilities.
  • Provide backup to the Deposit Operations Assistant Manager in their absence.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to both internal and external customers.
  • Assist with ongoing audit requests.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required.
  • Three to five years of bank Deposit Operations or retail banking experience, including knowledge of deposit products.
  • Strong understanding of financial institutions products and services.
  • Strong knowledge of Bank's operating systems.
  • Self-starter, good at prioritizing, possesses strong customer service, and excellent communications skills.
  • Established organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and properly use various software programs.
